Abstract-Human security is now than ever threatened by sovereignty free actors. There has been a paradigm shifting international security. From embassy attacks to airplanes, strategic state institutions like the American military machine (Pentagon) to railway attacks and now stadiums. The globalization era changed the traditional approach to human security, and as well increase the rate of radicalization through information technology. Flying birds (drones) are increasingly used for counter terrorism, as well as to limit military casualties on the battlefield. The proliferation of drones poses a global menace for terrorist attacks. As such this paper does not only expose condemnation of jihadist tendencies by the holy Quran and scholars, but reveals some of the vulnerabilities of the globalization period.
